We are looking for a Technical Standards Author to develop AI-ready and Standards-as-Code-ready technical standards. You will transform complex documentation into clear, structured and testable requirements suitable for both human readers and AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities- Draft and maintain clear, structured technical standards.
- Convert narrative content into atomic, testable requirements.
- Define conformance rules, exceptions and expected evidence.
- Create compliant/non-compliant examples and remediation guidance.
- Work with technical, data and product stakeholders to ensure standards are practical and measurable.
- Experience in technical writing, standards or requirements analysis.
- Ability to translate ambiguous content into clear and testable requirements.
- Familiarity with MUST / SHOULD / MAY, acceptance criteria or conformance models.
- Knowledge of areas such as data governance, metadata, APIs or data quality.
- Ability to create documentation for human and AI-assisted workflows.
