About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate hardware and software lifecycle projects across a global enterprise environment. You will manage project delivery, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and ensure the successful execution of network infrastructure upgrade initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Hardware and Software Lifecycle Management (HLCM/SLCM) projects across multiple sites.
• Manage project plans, timelines, scope, risks, and project documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Organize kick-off meetings and coordinate activities with local and global teams.
• Conduct remote site assessments and gather technical, operational, and financial data.
• Support budgeting, procurement, ordering processes, asset tracking, and vendor management.
• Coordinate activities with network engineers, IT teams, suppliers, and site contacts.
• Oversee hardware deliveries, implementation schedules, and change windows.
• Arrange local support for network hardware installation when required.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and support project administration activities.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Infrastructure Project Coordinator.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and budget management skills.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, network, or hardware/software refresh projects.
• Knowledge of project planning, procurement, and asset management processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise or global IT environments.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and data center technologies.
• Familiarity with lifecycle management and change management processes.
