Regular KYC Analyst

Location: 100% remote
Salary:80-100 PLN / h (B2B)

We are looking for a KYC/AML Specialist to support customer due diligence and compliance processes within a regulated financial environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AML/KYC, particularly in conducting KYC reviews.
• Experience working with public registries and databases to obtain information required for customer due diligence processes.
• Ability to review and verify corporate and registration documents, including Articles of Association, statutes, resolutions, and official registers.
• Experience analyzing ownership structures, legal entities, and identifying Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
• Good knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and financial crime prevention requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• ACAMS, CKYCA, or other AML/Compliance certifications.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services.
• University degree.
