Mobile Software Engineer (iOS & Android)

Location: Poland (approximately 90% remote, with occasional on-site visits in Warsaw)


Responsibilities:
•    Design and develop software solutions based on project documentation.
•    Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
•    Design and implement user interfaces in line with UX/UI best practices.
•    Integrate mobile applications with backend services.
•    Perform software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
•    Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experience.
•    Prepare and publish applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
•    Ensure data security within mobile applications.
•    Report on work progress and collaborate with project stakeholders.


Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree or higher.
•    At least 5 years of professional experience gained through participation in IT projects.
•    Minimum 3 years of experience, acquired within the last 5 years, as a Mobile Application Developer in an IT project with a minimum value of PLN 50,000 net.
•    Hands-on experience with React.js and React Native.
•    Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.
•    Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
•    Experience developing applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
•    Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
•    Knowledge of Azure DevOps and version control systems, particularly Git.
•    Understanding of UI/UX design principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
•    Knowledge of mobile application and device security best practices.
•    Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
•    English proficiency sufficient to understand and work with technical documentation.
