AI Platform Engineer

Location: Remote (Poland)

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and deploy AI solutions that support data products, platform automation, and business processes. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to build scalable AI applications and integrate them into enterprise data platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MCP servers, or AI platform development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with Azure services (Azure Databricks, Synapse, Fabric, Functions, Event Hub).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, MLOps, automation, and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions in production environments.
• Build reusable AI components, frameworks, and pipelines.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise data platforms.
• Optimize AI workloads and data processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Contribute to AI platform development, automation, and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases, RAG solutions, or streaming ML.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms.
