IT Analyst

Location: Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warsaw | Hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)
Salary:150-170 pln/h -B2B+VAT

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program, focused on replacing local legacy systems with a unified Nordic core banking platform.

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into features and user stories.
Drive the end-to-end requirements process, from elicitation and documentation to handover to development teams.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex organizational environment.
Quickly understand business and technical contexts and effectively onboard into the program.

Requirements:
8+ years of professional experience.
5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
Proven experience within the banking sector, ideally in a large financial institution.
Strong knowledge of Statements and Reporting processes.
Experience working in large-scale programs involving 300+ participants.
Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
Fluent English.
