Senior Project Manager with French

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with French to join our growing team and support strategic transformation initiatives for international clients, primarily based in France.

This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals with a strong background in project management, consulting, agile delivery, digital transformation, or change management. You will work with senior stakeholders, lead complex transformation programs, and contribute to large-scale business and technology initiatives in multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital transformation and business change initiatives.
• Manage large-scale projects and programs across international and multicultural teams.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives and support the adoption of Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and client organizations.
• Support organizational change management activities and transformation roadmaps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with France-based clients.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering large-scale projects or programs in international and multicultural environments.
• Proven experience in Project Management, Agile Project Management, Product Owner, Change Management, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Previous consulting experience, including driving Digital and Agile Transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Experience working with clients based in France, including AMOA or AMOE environments.
• Native or fully bilingual French proficiency (C2 level).
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience within the Automotive sector.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • ServiceNow
  • Data Visualization
  • Advanced Agile Transformations
• Experience delivering digital transformation programs for French organizations.
• Previous experience in the Public Sector.
