Project Manager (Marketing Mix Modelling)

Location: Remote work but with regular travels to Malmo, Amsterdam or Copenhagen

Responsisibilites:

• Define and champion the business vision and value proposition of MMM across the organization.
• Lead the end-to-end programme delivery, including planning, milestones, risks, dependencies and governance.
• Own business-side data requirements, ensuring the right data is sourced to answer strategic marketing questions.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Finance, Procurement, country teams and analytics functions.
• Drive the learning agenda and adoption of MMM insights to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate the build-out of the MMM team and align all contributing functions into one operating model.
• Ensure strong governance, reporting and issue resolution throughout the transition programme. 

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Understands marketing mix modelling, econometrics and media effectiveness well enough to challenge vendors and interpret results.
• Has strong programme/project management experience in complex international organizations.
• Can influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Possesses financial acumen and can build business cases and track value realization.
• Ideally has experience establishing new capabilities, working in retail/FMCG environments, and managing analytics vendors or RFP processes
