Senior Firmware Engineer (M/K)

For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Firmware Engineer (M/K).

About the job: 
We are looking for an Embedded Firmware Engineer to develop low-level software for next-generation SoC platforms. In this role, you will design, implement, and debug firmware in C/C++ for embedded systems running on RTOS, Embedded Linux, or bare-metal environments. You will work closely with hardware, architecture, verification, and system teams to deliver reliable hardware-software integration, support silicon bring-up, and enable advanced platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in embedded C/C++ development
• Experience with RTOS and/or Embedded Linux environments
• Strong understanding of hardware-software interfaces, SoC architectures, memory-mapped I/O, and low-level debugging tools
• Ability to develop software from hardware specifications, protocol documentation, and technical design documents
• Experience working in complex, multi-component software environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Zephyr RTOS and/or Linux kernel and driver development
• Familiarity with high-speed interface protocols such as PCIe, UCIe, Ethernet, NVMe, USB, CXL, or DDR
• Experience with SoC bring-up, FPGA, emulation, or pre-silicon validation environments
• Knowledge of modern build systems, CI/CD, Python scripting, and development automation
• Experience with large-scale system deployment and debugging
