Veeva Platform Solution Architect

Location: 100% remote
Salary:210 pln/h -B2B

We're looking for an experienced Veeva Vault Solution Architect to join a global Life Sciences program and act as the bridge between architecture strategy and delivery execution.

What You'll Do
Translate high-level architecture into detailed, build-ready solution designs for Veeva Vault configuration and integrations.
Create solution design documents, data flows, and integration specifications.
Ensure architectural consistency across configuration, integration, testing, and compliance workstreams.
Support impact assessments and guide delivery teams during sprint execution.
Contribute to reusable design patterns and best practices across multiple Veeva Vault applications.
Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders in a global environment.

What We're Looking For:
4-6+ years of experience in Solution Design, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Platform delivery.
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (configuration and/or integrations).
Strong understanding of Vault objects, lifecycles, workflows, and integration concepts (Vault-to-Vault Connections, APIs, MuleSoft).
Experience creating solution design documentation and architecture diagrams.
Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments and validation considerations.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience working across multiple Veeva Vaults (Clinical, RIM, Quality, Safety, Medical, CRM).
Background in a Veeva CoE/shared platform environment.
Familiarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate, C4 Model, or other architecture frameworks.
Veeva Vault and/or TOGAF certification.

Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate architectural vision into practical solutions for delivery teams.
Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across Europe, India, and the US.
