RPA & Automation Engineer (K/M)

For our client we are looking for an RPA & Automation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in UiPath development. You will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve business processes across finance, logistics, administration, and operations, working closely with both business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions using UiPath
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Maintain and optimize existing automations
• Monitor and support UiPath Orchestrator and robot operations
• Troubleshoot automation incidents and performance issues
• Build integrations with tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, SuccessFactors, and Oracle
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in RPA development
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Experience with enterprise applications, databases, or ERP systems
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in English

Nice to Have:

• UiPath certifications
• Experience with AWS or Windows Server
• Knowledge of Celonis, Microsoft Copilot, or AI-driven automation
• Agile/Scrum experience
