Software Engineer (LabView) – M/K

We are looking for a motivated Senior Software Engineer with LabView. In this role, you will design, maintain, and enhance End-of-Line test systems for aerospace products, delivering reliable software solutions and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Tasks:

• Design, develop, test, and improve medium to high-complexity End-of-Line test systems, ensuring reliability and testability
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver test system projects from concept to implementation
• Define and review test requirements, strategies, and software effort estimates
• Lead software engineering projects, ensuring high-quality results and on-time delivery
• Establish and promote software development best practices and coding standards
• Analyze and resolve complex software and test system issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts to implement effective solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering or test systems development
• Advanced knowledge of LabVIEW
• Good knowledge of NI TestStand and Python
• Understanding of product industrialization and new product introduction (NPI) processes
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Knowledge of NI VeriStand (Custom Devices development)
• Experience with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket
