Microsoft Business Applications Architect

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Business Applications Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions built on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define end-to-end architectures that are scalable, secure, and future-ready. You will play a key role in both client delivery and pre-sales activities, helping organizations accelerate their digital transformation through modern cloud technologies and AI-driven solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end solution architectures across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure for enterprise clients.

• Lead architecture workshops, technical discovery sessions, and design reviews with stakeholders across multiple industries.

• Support pre-sales initiatives by preparing solution designs, effort estimations, technical proposals, and bid responses.

• Mentor engineers and consultants, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, governance, and best practices.

• Drive the adoption of AI-first solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI services.

Expectations

• min. 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Business Applications, including at least 2–3 years in an Architect or Technical Lead role.

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, and Field Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages).

• Solid understanding of Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.

• Hands-on experience designing secure, scalable architectures and implementing ALM strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
