IT Business Analyst (M/K)

For our client we are looking for a candidate for the position of
Business Analyst. In this position you will play a key role in building and developing digital solutions that support end‑to‑end customer onboarding and sales journeys.

You will work closely with international IT and business teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories that developers can successfully deliver.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and IT, simplifying complex topics, and contributing to modern, API‑based digital platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders
• Support solution design, ensuring alignment with existing systems and architectures
• Contribute to API‑based solutions and offer/catalog management platforms
• Support testing activities, including UAT preparation and execution
• Provide post‑deployment support and help improve solutions continuously
• Work in an international, agile environment

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong ability to transform complex requirements into clear and structured documentation
• Experience working with IT teams in Agile/ Scrum environments
• Good understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services, automotive, or complex product environments
• Experience with large product or offer catalogs
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Understanding of cybersecurity, architecture, or IT testing concepts
