About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a large-scale payment technology project focused on the development and modernization of a Terminal Management System supporting more than 300,000 payment terminals.

The platform operates in a complex distributed environment and is currently undergoing a gradual transformation towards a more modern architecture. You will work on business-critical systems, contribute to technical improvements, and help drive the evolution of a highly integrated enterprise solution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend solutions
• Review requirements and propose technical improvements
• Create technical documentation
• Upgrade and modernize existing systems
• Refactor legacy code
• Perform security scans and remediate vulnerabilities

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java 8+
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Spring / Spring Boot
  • Hibernate / JPA
  • JEE
  • RabbitMQ
  • Oracle Database
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of distributed systems
• Experience with JBoss or WildFly
• Familiarity with Git, GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira
• Knowledge of security tools (Fortify, Sonatype)
• English level B2+
