Overview
We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer to join a long‑term project focused on developing and enhancing tailored software solutions. The role involves full software development lifecycle ownership, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performing applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications
• Apply modern frameworks and agile practices to build scalable, maintainable solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert and influence technical decision‑making
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of components
• Provide solutions to complex problems within the team and across teams
• Design and implement innovative software aligned with business needs
• Continuously improve existing applications for performance and reliability
• Mentor junior team members and support their technical development
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Master proficiency in Mendix (Platform)
• Expert proficiency in Custom Application Development
• Experience delivering software in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of modern development frameworks and agile methodologies
• Ability to drive decisions, coordinate across teams, and lead technical initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring others
