Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current IT architecture and design target-state systems.
• Document data flows across systems, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT teams, data office, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of current and future-state IT systems and define transition roadmaps.
• Integrate regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, GDPR) into technical solutions.
• Support modernization of legacy systems through IT outsourcing and/or cloud platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT architecture, data modeling, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with IT systems in the insurance/financial sector (e.g. policy management, claims handling).
• Hands-on experience with IT outsourcing and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of German regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR, DORA).
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English – both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in IT architecture (e.g. TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience working in international environments.
