SAP BW/4HANA Technical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BW/4HANA Operations and Data Model Expert to ensure the operational stability and continuous development of two critical SAP systems. This role blends deep technical monitoring, incident resolution, performance troubleshooting, and advanced data modeling.

You will act as the primary liaison between system and business stakeholders, ensuring the reliable execution of SLT and BW process chains—especially during key financial closing periods. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of integrated, business-critical reporting data models and help enhance monitoring tools and operational processes.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment involving hands-on operations, complex data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration within an enterprise-level SAP BI landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain SLT and BW process chains for operational reliability
• Troubleshoot performance issues and handle incidents
• Develop and maintain complex SAP BW/4HANA data models
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and implement reporting requirements
• Support improvements in monitoring tools and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards
