Tasks:

• Responsible for working with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Common Visualization Object Modeler is recommended.
• Furthermore, advanced proficiency in Data & AI Processes, Data Quality Tools & Methods, Data Taxonomy, and Data & AI Strategy is suggested.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive data models that align with business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather data requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Implement best practices for data modeling and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the data lifecycle."

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Modeler or similar role
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Experience in AI
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
